Rude?

Why is it that people are allowed to be extremely rude and personal if they dress their insensitivity up as 'constructuve feedback'?

Hmmm, feedback. Hang in there, mate. As a communicator, you'll appreciate what good feedback looks like... all feedback should leave the recipient feeling good about themselves (ok, when it's not all rosy you've got to chuck in a bit of coaching to deliver that outcome).
